We typically come onto a job site after the necessary demolition (and plumbing when needed) have been completed. We then do our own surface prep, underlayment or waterproofing , tile laying, grouting, sealing, and caulking, to bring you to the next stages of your project (drywall, painting, etc.).

Knowing which task each tradesman covers can be a little confusing, so if you have any questions about the different parts of the project we handle, let us know! Or ask us about our Project Management service so you don’t have to worry about the details.

Although our team specializes in tile installations, we have a growing network of subcontractors who can handle the other stages of the project, such as; demo, plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, cabinetry and glass.

Franklin Tile offers a project management service to handle the scheduling and ensure the proper final finish of each stage so you can focus on the many things calling your attention already.

We tackle projects both big and small. If it’s a “tile”, we lay it.

We work with homeowners, business owners, and contractors around Franklin and surrounding areas. Our general service area is within 40 minutes from the Downtown Franklin Square.
